GMCKS' Twin Hearts Meditation, using the Prayer of St. Francis of Assisi, activates our hearts and our crowns projecting loving kindness to the earth. Used as a prayer of peace on earth and in the hearts of mankind, this meditation can be used to ask for blessings for a family in crisis or a broken friendship. This free meditation is held Mondays, 6:30pm at Unity of Birmingham and Thursdays at 12pm at Restorative Massage in Hoover.
