Restorative Massage, located in beautiful Bluff Park, is a haven of holistic solutions. Established and licensed in 2002, Restorative Massage is Bluff Park's first and only massage therapy establishment.
Located in the Masonic Lodge building at 761-B Valley Street, Restorative Massage is five minutes from I-65 off of Alford Avenue between Homewood and Hoover.
Tracy Hosey Ross (Lic. # 868), a proud Bluff Park resident whose heritage traces back five generations, is the owner and has been a licensed massage therapist since 2000. She is a member in good standing of Associated Massage and Bodywork Professionals (ABMP).
A graduate of Genesis School of Therapeutic Massage, Tracy has been fortunate to work closely with many wonderful teachers including chiropractors, instructors, healers, and clients. Seamlessly combining the yoga principles of effort and ease with her training in MFR, NMT, Deep Tissue, Swedish and other modalities, Tracy’s nurturing, guiding touch enables deep and profound releases in compressed and distressed tissue.

Massage Therapy Disclosure
A massage therapist must be aware of any existing physical conditions the client may have. Therefore, it is necessary to inform the massage therapist of any changes in health at each visit. The massage therapy given is for the purpose of stress reduction, relief from neuromuscular tension or spasm and/or for improving circulation. The massage therapist neither diagnoses illnesses, prescribes treatment, nor performs any spinal manipulations. The client is responsible for consulting with a qualified physician for any ailment he or she may have. All massage or bodywork at Restorative Massage is strictly ethical and therapeutic only and draping with a sheet or towel will be required at all times.
